Storm Darragh- Damage
The storm has caused a lot of trees to fall all over the borough. As the position becomes clearer we will list known diversions on the iversions pages . (One page each for the T50 and the TCW walks.) The tree is in Lydbrook Dingle, and may take some time to be cleared.
TCW South Guidebook
Following a successful launch on December 7th, the guide book for TCWs 13 to 23 (South of the M54) is available online or in the bookends (Wellington) and Waterstones (Telford and Shrewsbury) .
TCW News
There is now a waymark for those parts of the TCW where an alternative accessible route is suggested. Slower park runners may have seen the first of these going up on route 16 on 9th November. Also there is now a Facebook page dedicated to the TCW routes.

Relay Challenge Presentation 2024

2024 Relay Challenge Results
Congratulations to Shropshire Canicross and Broseley Joggers who retained the Open and Mixed class trophies respectively. The presentation will be held on Friday 19th July at 7 pm at the T50 sign in the Town Park, all welcome.

Telford Walk Week
The weather got better as the week progressed. The Sunday was glorious and there was quite a crowd for the finale.

Most of the events are on Visit Telford, but, as of 04 April. the Sunday events aren't there. here is a link, and details of the Sunday routes, on our page.
Medals available for finishers
Did you know that if you have completed the T50, no matter how long it took you , you can request a pdf certificate , request an entry on the Hall of Fame and send a photo for inclusion on the finishers gallery ? Now, you can purchase a medal for £3.00 , initially only by face to face sales.

TCW Hadley and Dawley , route changes
Partially because of the tendency to flooding we have made a change to Dawley (route 20) to pass under the tramway bridge pictured. We have also made a small change to Hadley (route 6) it is now pushchair friendly and wheelchair friendly in non-muddy conditions. The maps have been updated . as have the descriptions and gpx files. The Hadley waymarks have been updated. The Dawley ones will be shortly.

Phase 1 of TCW complete
We've done it! All 75 miles of the Telford Coronation Walks have been waymarked, the maps, directions and gpx files for all 23 walks are on the website, together with a downloadable spreadsheet on which you can record your progress. There are just a very few tickets left for the walk and celebration in Lilleshall on Saturday . See link. The image shows a waymark put in today on the Woodside walk.
